New and Exciting Progress at Preserve of Mayowood

We are thrilled to bring you the latest updates on the progress of our community!

First, we are delighted to announce the completion of a significant portion of the road with a new blacktop surface. This allows you to now drive into the community and personally select your ideal homesite. What makes this milestone even more remarkable is the timing – the asphalt plant closed its operations for the season on the very day the road was poured. We managed to finish this crucial step just in the nick of time, maximizing available resources.

Our focus now shifts to the installation of small utilities, a key step in in being able to start construction of homes within Preserve of Mayowood. Simultaneously, the final touches are being applied to the covenants and bylaws that will govern our community. These guidelines will play a pivotal role in maintaining the harmony and cohesiveness of our neighborhood, ensuring a positive living experience for all.

On the construction front, the Mayowood Homes team is hard at work designing upcoming homes for future residents. In addition to this, we are excited to share that model homes are in the works and will soon be available for purchase. These model homes will not only showcase the quality and thoughtful design of our residences but will also provide a tangible vision for those considering joining our community.
