Where is the subdivision located.
Our development is situated in a prime South West Rochester, Minnesota location, close to numerous conveniences. To find us, take the Salem Rd SW exit and continue to Bamber Valley Rd SW, where you’ll make a left turn. If you reach Bamber Elementary School or Bamber Valley Rd SW, you’re on the right track. The subdivision is just a quarter-mile down the road. If you happen to reach the Mayowood Stone Barn Venue, you’ve gone a bit too far!
Can you purchase a lot and build later.
We only offer turnkey home packages. Each lot is sold in conjunction with a fully constructed home, all built & constructed by Mayowood Homes, also known as RyMark Homes.

What is the minimum and maximum pricing for packaged homesites.
We’re delighted by your interest in our project! The minimum price range for smaller layouts, like the Bierman, start $900k, which includes the fully constructed home with the lot, provided as a turnkey package.
Prices may vary based on individual preferences and customization.

Where are you located?
Nestled between Mayowood Rd Sw, the South Fork of the Zumbro River, and the historic Mayowood Stone Barns, 88 acres consisting of approximately 129 single family homes, is being meticulously planned for future public consumption. Proper thought and preparation is continually being implemented to ensure the development teams vision is executed fully from concept to home occupation. Is there an HOA? If so, what is included?
Yes, there is an HOA for our community. The HOA provides services such as lawn care and treatments, rubbish removal, snow removal, maintenance of common areas and amenities. The By-Laws and Covenants can be provided upon reqeust by contacting us.
The estimated monthly HOA dues are approximately $400 per month but may be collected on an annual basis.
What types of utilities should residents expect?
The location is a city utility served location.
Rochester Public Utilities – Electric, Water and Sewer
MN Energy – Natural Gas
Charter Spectrum & MetroNet – Internet and Cable Service
Trash, Lawn and Snow Removal – This will be decided upon as part of the HOA services.
How do I select a site for my new home?
Choosing your dream home involves thoughtful decision-making. We encourage a one-hour sit-down meeting with our team to discuss the development details, home layouts tailored to your lot size, and your budget.
After clarifying these aspects, all parties will sign a one-page homesite commitment form. This secures your lot exclusively while we finalize plan modifications and pricing for your new home.
