Spring Is Finally Here: Neighborhood Updates and New Beginnings
There’s been plenty happening around the neighborhood over the past few months, from new model homes and gallery updates to exciting news about what is coming next.

A Fond Farewell
After serving as our office for longer than we can honestly remember, our very first completed IVY model at 1814 Mayowood Ct SW has officially been passed along to its new owners.
We are so grateful they allowed us to continue using the home while we finished preparing our next model office.
As bittersweet as it is to say goodbye, we could not be happier to see this beautiful home begin its next chapter with a wonderful family.
Fortunately, we are not going far. Our new office is now open just down the street at 1747 Mayowood Ct SW.
Our Website Gallery Is Growing
We have been giving the Preserve of Mayowood gallery a refresh little by little.
With homes selling quickly and homeowners eager to move in, we don’t always have time to capture every room before the keys are handed over. Still, we are continuing to add new photos whenever we can.
If you have not visited the gallery lately, now is a great time to take another look. And be sure to check back often because there is always something new on the way.
New Models Are Already in Motion
Even while one model home closes, several more are already taking shape.
As we settle into our new CARRIAGE model office, our newest two-story BLACKSMITH has already gone under contract twice.
Construction is also underway on:
- A two-story HARMON
- A one-level BLACKSMITH
- Another CARRIAGE
We are also planning ahead for refreshed versions of our popular IVY and two-story BLACKSMITH plans.

Big News: Rita Street Is Coming
We have been waiting to share this one.
Our newest street, Rita Street, is officially on the way.
Work is expected to begin in May 2026 alongside the final touches on the central pond. By late summer and early fall, the entire area is expected to take shape beautifully.
Rita Street will bring 21 new lots to the south side of the pond, just north of the Mayowood Stone Barn.
The first lots could be ready to build on by early fall.

Scenic Oaks West 3rd Is Taking Shape
Over at Scenic Oaks West 3rd, things are moving quickly.
At the moment, it may look a little more like a construction zone than a neighborhood, but progress is happening every day.
There are currently several RyMark Homes models under construction, all at different stages, which means there are more choices and more timelines available than ever before.
